poor parking

the atmosphere was quite charming, but the room was freezing and the heating didn’t work, how quaint! also, having to walk several blocks to find parking was definitely not part of my luxury experience. i would’ve expected a complimentary drink for these 'inconveniences', but clearly, that was too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but why bother?
